Shameem Arnold, the creator of Moky, said: “After moving back to Cumbria and setting up new classes last summer I’ve been keen to organise a fundraising event and felt that now was the time. A 45 minute MokyFit session is exhausting enough but we like a challenge so we’re going to Moky non stop for 2 hours.  It’s very high intensity but as always everyone taking part can go at their own pace and ability so anyone can take part including children, we want it to be a fun event for all the family.”

The money raised will go to CFM Cash for Kids.

Shameem said: “CFM Cash for Kids is an amazing charity in our region and they work hard to provide for local disabled and disadvantaged children so we were keen to have them as our chosen charity. Just to make it even crazier were having a superhero theme so participants are invited to dress as their favourite superhero (or even villain).”

“The Mokython plans to be a great fundraising event that will certainly bring laughs, whoops, singing and most importantly sweat! It won’t be easy but we’ll make it fun from start to finish and invite everyone to take the challenge.”

The Mokython will take place on Saturday May 8 at the Solway Hall in Whitehaven.
